Stress of Money

Wow, I guess I never REALLY realized the stress on a marriage and a household due to not having money and knowing no money is really coming your way. It's kind of stupid that I still, at almost 30 years old, have to rely on my parents for help!! This economy is doing a number on my family that's for sure. I'm tired of fighting with my husband, and not being able to go to sleep because I'm thinking how am I going to get through this. It's like I'm more stressed, then happy! I miss being happy!!

Why can't their be real jobs that allow you to work from home, that you don't need a degree in or anything like that. Heck, I know there is Daycare and I've tried that, but no luck really. I had to deal with a crazy parent, and that was not fun!

Hopefully one day it will work itself out, and everything will be happy again, until then I guess we take one day at a time...

  1. Thanks for visiting my blog. I am sorry you lost your brother, but you are doing much for his legacy and MDA, which is wonderful!
Keep your chin up with money/marriage stress. Many people are feeling the strain of the economy and have to reach out to other's for help. My husband and I are fortunate that we are stable at the moment. However, when we were younger and had three young children at home our story was similar to yours. We reached out several times for help, I remember two different months we couldn't pay our house payment and a friend helped us both times. Another time we had to give our Bronco II back "voluntary repo," they sold it to pay off our loan, except it didn't and we still had to come up with $5000 to pay it off. I don't remember how we did it, but we got through it. Hang in there and work together. We had many garage sales to come up with some money. Good Luck!

  2. Thanks for that comment!! I do feel better knowing I'm not the only one in life with these struggles!! :)

  3. I here ya. I have really been stressing the last couple of weeks. I have 4 children and married for 9 years. My husband is currently going to school and unemployed and I am the only source of income. I have been looking for a light at the end of the tunnel, but can only see darkness. I have decide to live for the here and now instead of looking to the future. The future will always be just that "the future". I am trying to look at the little things and enjoy them, instead of focusing on something I can't fix. Thanks.
